If the room is available for your selected dates, your booking is confirmed, and you will receive all the details — including your stay duration, room plan, meal inclusion (usually bed & breakfast), and any additional hotel privileges that may apply.

If, however, the hotel is not available for the dates you requested, we issue a full and instant refund without any delay or deduction. This protects you from any uncertainty and ensures that your payment is never held unnecessarily. You only proceed with the booking once availability is confirmed. This approach makes the entire process feel safe, predictable, and professional — exactly what modern travellers need.

Like all global hotel programmes, a small number of dates each year are classified as blackout periods due to exceptionally high demand — typically during major festivals, New Year holidays, and long weekends. During these periods, bookings may not be available, but we will clearly guide you through suitable alternative dates based on hotel availability.

To maximise the chances of securing your preferred hotel, we recommend sharing your travel dates with us in advance. Bookings usually require 30 to 45 days’ notice. This timeline allow us to work efficiently with our travel network and secure the best options for you.

Once the booking is confirmed and we issue the stay confirmation or voucher, the reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be altered. This is because the service works on special inventory allocations provided by our travel network. However, you are fully protected before the booking is confirmed — if the hotel is not available, your payment is promptly refunded and you are free to choose a different date or destination.
